  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,999/-
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change! Here’s how cancellations work at Eternal8:

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
  • How to Cancel: Send whatsapp message on +91 9035545894 with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • After 6 Hours: Unfortunately, once the 6-hour window has passed, we will have already begun processing your order, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Note:

  • Refunds for cancelled orders (within the allowed time- 6 hours) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • If you miss the cancellation window, you can refer to our Return/Exchange Policy after receiving the product.
