We do not accept returns. Exchanges will be processed only in the event of damage during transit or a manufacturing defect.


🔸 Mandatory Conditions for Exchange:

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is required starting from the moment the tamper-proof outer packaging is being opened.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchange requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.

  2. Attach the unboxing video and your Order ID.
  3. Describe the issue briefly.

Once the exchange is approved, the exchanged products will be dispatched and delivered within 7 business days.
