We do not accept returns. Exchanges will be processed only in the event of damage during transit or a manufacturing defect.
🔸 Mandatory Conditions for Exchange:
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is required starting from the moment the tamper-proof outer packaging is being opened.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Exchange requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.

- Attach the unboxing video and your Order ID.
- Describe the issue briefly.

Once the exchange is approved, the exchanged products will be dispatched and delivered within 7 business days.
